FAQs

1. When should I order my invitations? Invitations should be mailed out 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. Please use the chart below to help you determine when to start your invitation design.

2. What is your turnaround time?

You will receive a digital proof within 10 business days of ordering. After reviewing, you will be able to provide change requests. After giving your final approval, your order will be prepared for press, followed by production. Letterpress is labor intensive, involving a lot of preparations. To guarantee a beautiful end result, your order will take up to 5-7 weeks* to complete followed by preparing your package for shipment.

NOTE* The production time may increase depending on the Add-Ons & Embellishments purchased and/or the number of reviews that have taken place. If you need a rushed order, please communicate this to me, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

3. Can you rush my order?

I will always do my best to accommodate rushed orders. Depending on my queue, your order may or may not be able to be rushed. In the event your order can be rushed, there is an additional 25% fee that will be added for rushed orders. Please contact me regarding your rush order.

4. How many invitations should I order?

You should be mailing 1 invitation per household (not per guest) + at least 10% additional suites for last minute guests, flat lays for the photographer & keepsakes.

5. How does addressing work?

Each invitation comes with a corresponding blank envelope, and the same goes for RSVP cards as well. Clover & Lamb offers digitally printed envelope addressing in black, and colored ink. After ordering digitally printed addressing, Clover & Lamb will provide to you, through email, an excel template to input your guest list for digitally printed addressing. Once I receive your spreadsheet of addresses, you will receive a proof of your addresses on envelope outlines to make change requests. Clover & Lamb does not check for spelling and grammatical. Once you sign off on your correct proof, production will start.
